Yes. The medical evaluation has a fee of USD $50, which includes a hair density analysis, identification of your type of alopecia and a personalized treatment plan for your case.
2. Do I need to prepare anything before the evaluation?
You just need to attend with a clean scalp and without any topical products on the day of your evaluation. If we need photos before the call, our team will let you know exactly how to take them.
3. When will I see results?
You’ll start noticing the first changes between months 2 and 4, with continuous growth up to around month 12, as long as you follow the medical recommendations.
4. Is the transplant permanent?
Yes. The transplanted hair is permanent because it is taken from the donor area – a zone that is genetically resistant to hair loss. With proper care, this hair keeps growing for life.
5. How much does the procedure cost?
Most of our international hair transplant procedures range between USD $4,000 and $5,000, depending on how many grafts you need and the complexity of your case. You’ll receive a clear, final quote after your medical evaluation.
6. Is it safe to travel to the Dominican Republic for surgery?

The video consultation is designed to give you clarity, not pressure. If after understanding the plan, investment and process you decide not to continue, you’re free to take your time and make a decision later.

10. How do I secure my surgery date?
Once you’re approved as a candidate and you’re ready to move forward, you secure your surgery date with a USD $1,000 deposit. The remaining balance is paid before the procedure in the clinic.
